The installer role involves delivering high‑quality home‑remodeling installations, ensuring each job meets company standards and leaves the homeowner satisfied. • Provide year-round installation work with flexible scheduling • Install home remodeling products following Mad City standards • Communicate with management after installations to confirm customer satisfaction and authorize final payment • Complete a job checklist together with the homeowner at project completion • Treat homeowners and their property with utmost respect • Maintain an established LLC or business with workers' compensation and liability insurance

What You Bring
