About the Role
The Sales Gallery Coordinator • Virtual Focus plays a key role in creating a warm, professional, and seamless virtual experience for guests and owners while supporting the success of our Hawaii Virtual Sales team. In this position, you will welcome guests virtually, maintain a positive and engaging environment, and ensure all tour information is accurately updated in Chorus. You will also assign guest leads to Virtual Sales Executives in Salesforce based on the established sales rotation. • Welcome virtual guests and maintain a positive experience. • Update tour information accurately in Chorus. • Assign guest leads to Virtual Sales Executives in Salesforce per rotation. • Manage policies and agent assignments across multiple offices. • Develop and lead the creation of effective SOPs. • Maintain organization and efficiency in a fast‑paced environment.
