What You Bring
We are looking for an experienced Lead Software Engineer to drive the full‑lifecycle development of this critical product. The role is based in San Diego (UTC area) with on‑site work Monday through Thursday and remote work on Friday. The position requires a bachelor’s degree and at least ten years of professional software development experience, strong object‑oriented programming skills, and deep expertise in C#, .NET (Framework and Core), Web API, and relational databases such as SQL Server. Candidates should also be proficient with source‑control tools (Git or TFS) and have a solid grasp of software development best practices; cloud experience (AWS or Azure) and knowledge of NoSQL, front‑end frameworks, or React are a plus.
