About the Role

The CEC Specialist will implement and support Constellation’s Nuclear Training technology strategy, guiding curriculum development through the Systematic Approach to Training (SAT) and ensuring compliance with NRC, INPO, and internal requirements. This role provides expertise in analyzing training problems, overseeing self‑assessment programs, and mentoring instructors to improve program effectiveness and staff development. The specialist also supports e‑learning initiatives, fleet qualification tracking, and various project‑management activities to enhance training efficiency. • Implements and supports the training technology strategy and oversees e‑learning and software/hardware technology upgrades. • Supports in‑processing activities, including teaching courses as needed. • Mentors instructors to develop NRC, INPO, corporate, and departmental compliant training programs and conducts instructor evaluations. • Provides oversight and support for fleet qualification tracking processes. • Manages projects related to implementation of CEC training technology improvements. • Develops and delivers CEC‑specific instructional skills and performance improvement training for staff and SMEs, and recommends instructional materials and equipment. • Oversees the training self‑assessment program, participates in audits, evaluates findings, and prepares audit responses. • Supports benchmarking initiatives and assesses the effectiveness of technology implementation strategies. • Assists CEC and fleet activities in business plan initiatives, project management, refuel outage support, emergency preparedness, and special projects. • Performs additional duties as directed, including emergency response, departmental coverage, call‑outs, and outage support outside the department.

What You Bring

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline, education, or training with 3 years of related experience (or equivalent combinations). • Current or previous Senior Reactor Operator license with 3 years of related experience (or equivalent combinations). • Associate’s degree in a technical discipline, education, or training with 5 years of related experience (or equivalent combinations). • High school diploma/GED with 7 years of related experience; must meet access and medical requirements. • Experience implementing information technology solutions. • Experience with instructional technology tools and methods. • Previous instructional experience in a training environment. • Knowledge of Asset Suite 9, LMS, web‑based training, Vision, Nantel, BPM, and related IT/training applications. • Familiarity with and experience applying the Systematic Approach to Training (SAT).
