About the Role
• Operate and set up welding and fabrication equipment • Troubleshoot welding machine issues • Identify and tag shop orders • Retrieve and enter production data into the system • Ensure quality and proper documentation of all parts • Maintain components and supplies for efficient operation • Weld components according to print specifications using MIG/TIG on stainless steel or aluminum • Perform 5S and continuous improvement activities • Collaborate as part of a team assembling products or components

What You Bring
This full‑time welding position is located in Sherman, Texas. Candidates must reside in the immediate geographic area, although active‑duty military members are exempt from this residency requirement. No relocation assistance is provided for this role. The position involves physical demands such as standing for extended periods and lifting loads up to 75 lb. Basic computer skills are also required. • Hold a high school diploma or equivalent • Maintain AWS weld certification with at least one year of MIG/TIG experience • Possess at least one year of experience reading AWS weld symbols and blueprints • Demonstrate basic computer proficiency • Lift 50–75 lb and stand eight hours or more during shifts
