What You Bring
Clarion Housing Group is seeking an experienced carpenter with additional trade skills to deliver first‑class service to properties across East Grinstead, South Croydon and surrounding areas. The Multi‑Trade Operative will handle maintenance, responsive repairs, void works and property MOTs, covering both specialist and secondary trades, and must complete work efficiently and within deadlines. Applicants must hold a valid UK driving licence as a company vehicle will be provided for work use only, and the position is subject to a basic criminal record check. Candidates must be eligible to work in the UK, reside in England or Wales for the duration of employment, and Clarion cannot sponsor visas. The advert may close early at the company's discretion. • Utilise carpentry skills together with additional trade abilities to meet service standards. • Hold a valid UK driving licence; company vehicle provided for work use. • Pass a basic criminal record check and be eligible to work in the UK. • Reside in England or Wales for the duration of employment.

Benefits
Salary ranges from £36,000 to £41,000 plus, with a company van, tools, a bonus scheme and regular overtime. The role is based in East Grinstead and South Croydon, works 40 hours per week and is a permanent contract.
