About the Role
The role requires high‑level technical leadership, client interaction, and oversight of design and construction processes, while also supporting staff development and business unit initiatives. • Establish design standards, specifications, and criteria for projects • Supervise report preparation and analysis of system options • Coordinate interdisciplinary efforts with other trades and consultants • Monitor correspondence among staff, clients, contractors, and owners • Oversee construction administration tasks such as field reports and RFI responses • Conduct periodic employee evaluations • Participate in the Technical Leadership Committee • Assist technical managers with staff training and mentorship

We are seeking a Senior Electrical Engineer – Project Manager to join our New York team, bringing significant electrical design experience in healthcare, aviation/transportation, or critical facilities, and at least three years of project management experience. Candidates must hold a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, be a licensed Professional Engineer, have 7‑10 years of consulting experience in the MEP industry, and possess at least three years of supervisory experience coupled with strong hands‑on design and Revit/CAD skills. • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering (accredited) • 7–10 years consulting experience in MEP engineering • At least 3 years supervisory experience • Hands‑on design expertise using CAD/Revit
