About the Role

The Soft Services Operations role manages daily activities such as cleaning, housekeeping, waste management, landscaping, pest control, and front‑of‑house services. The incumbent ensures these services meet established SLAs, KPIs, and company standards while performing routine inspections and audits to uphold cleanliness and presentation. Coordination with staff and subcontractors, along with handling customer and stakeholder queries, is central to the position. Responsibilities also include supervising staff, allocating tasks, monitoring attendance, providing performance feedback, and escalating issues when necessary. Health, safety, and environmental compliance must be maintained, including proper use of PPE, chemicals, and equipment, and timely reporting of incidents. Accurate documentation is required through service logs, inspection reports, and daily checklists, as well as tracking consumables and supporting audits. Success is measured by service quality, compliance scores, customer satisfaction, safety compliance, and staff attendance. • Oversee daily soft services activities (cleaning, waste, landscaping, pest control, security, front‑of‑house). • Ensure service delivery aligns with SLAs, KPIs, and company standards. • Conduct routine inspections and audits to maintain hygiene and presentation standards. • Supervise and coordinate staff and subcontractors, allocate tasks, monitor attendance, and provide performance feedback. • Maintain compliance with health, safety, and environmental policies; report incidents promptly. • Act as first point of contact for service queries and complaints, maintaining positive stakeholder relationships. • Maintain service logs, inspection reports, daily checklists, and track inventory and consumables. • Support audits and inspections by management or external authorities. • Meet performance indicators: service quality, customer satisfaction, safety compliance, staff attendance.
