About the Role
You will drive new service growth focused on HVAC equipment within the Naval, Commercial Marine and Oil & Gas sectors. You will engage new and existing key accounts across the UK, delivering project sales solutions for repair, replacement, refurbishment, upgrades and retrofits of cutting‑edge HVAC products. You will lead the execution of a Go‑To‑Market strategy using enterprise tools and value‑selling concepts, continually adapting your approach based on insights. Field activity will be blended with industry networking, and you will leverage Salesforce.com for lead management while collaborating with Marketing to tailor campaigns. • Drive new HVAC service growth in Naval, Commercial Marine, and Oil & Gas sectors. • Sell project solutions (repair, replace, refurbish, upgrade, retrofit) for HVAC systems across the UK. • Lead go‑to‑market execution using enterprise tools and value‑selling concepts. • Adapt sales strategy based on insights and ensure adoption of company systems, tools, and pricing policies. • Blend field activities with industry networking to capture opportunities. • Manage leads in Salesforce.com and collaborate with Marketing on tailored customer campaigns. • Manage existing key accounts and develop new business opportunities. • Build business development strategies and monitor competitor activity. • Lead the full sales cycle from opportunity identification to closure. • Maintain a robust sales pipeline to meet installation order bookings. • Drive sales performance using Salesforce and improve bid management.

What You Bring
Success requires managing existing key accounts, developing new business, and obtaining UK Security Check (SC) clearance. You will build business development strategies, monitor competitors, lead the full sales process from opportunity identification to closure, and maintain a robust pipeline to meet installation order bookings. Continuous improvement, effective bid management, and driving sales performance through Salesforce are essential. We seek candidates with field sales and relationship‑selling experience, preferably in Naval, Commercial Marine or Oil & Gas markets, and a technical understanding of HVAC systems. Familiarity with Salesforce.com or other CRMs (training provided) and a proven record of selling technical service solutions are required. Strong presentation, autonomous yet collaborative work style, and excellent customer‑engagement skills are essential. • Obtain UK Security Check (SC) clearance. • Proven field sales and relationship‑selling experience, preferably in Naval, Commercial Marine, or Oil & Gas. • Technical understanding of HVAC systems and servicing requirements. • Experience with Salesforce.com or other CRM (training provided). • Ability to present technical and commercial information effectively. • Autonomous, proactive team player with strong customer‑engagement skills. • Track record of achieving outstanding sales results.
