About the Role

We are seeking a reliable and experienced Lead to ensure all facility operations follow established policies and procedures. The Lead coordinates daily operations by delegating job assignments, providing guidance, and supervising the assigned location when the Manager is absent. This role also demonstrates standards to keep buildings and facilities clean and safe for workers and customers, operating specialized equipment, handling cleaning chemicals, and supporting general janitorial duties as needed. • Supervise daily facility operations and delegate tasks. • Ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and safety standards. • Operate specialized cleaning equipment and handle chemicals safely. • Provide coverage for managers and maintain clean, safe environments. • Promote a military‑ and veteran‑friendly workplace with training opportunities. • Participate in E‑Verify and provide reasonable accommodations for disabilities.
