About the Role
• Diagnose and perform or delegate minor and routine maintenance tasks. • Oversee and inspect work performed by maintenance staff. • Manage the system for handling resident service requests. • Assist the manager in coordinating maintenance staff and scheduling personnel. • Conduct regularly scheduled safety meetings. • Maintain accurate records of preventive maintenance requests and expenditures. • Coordinate or execute equipment maintenance as needed.

What You Bring
We are looking for an experienced Maintenance Supervisor to oversee all aspects of maintenance and repair at our community, Valdok Apartments located in Seattle, WA! The ideal candidate will have at least two years of experience as a Maintenance Supervisor, experience maintaining at least 150 units, and proficiency in all trades. The role requires a team‑player attitude, superior customer service, a valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and acknowledgment of possible audio recordings during work. • Minimum two years of experience as a Maintenance Supervisor. • Experience maintaining at least 150 residential units. • Proficiency in all trades required. • Team‑player with superior customer service attitude. • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
