About the Role
• Perform planned preventative maintenance (PPM) on plumbing systems. • Replace tanks and carry out plumbing repairs in commercial and domestic settings. • Conduct water sampling and temperature monitoring. • Respond to reactive maintenance, diagnosing and fixing commercial plumbing issues. • Install, repair, and maintain plumbing fixtures, TMVs, pipework modifications, and remove dead legs. • Collaborate with teams, keep accurate records, and follow health and safety regulations.

What You Bring
• Hold City & Guilds Level 2 in Plumbing (or equivalent) and preferably G3 Unvented Hot Water Systems certification. • Demonstrate proven experience in commercial plumbing and routine water hygiene tasks. • Experience in building services, facilities management, or environmental consultancy is a plus. • Possess a full UK driving licence.
