• Support and strengthen EHSQ programs across worldwide sites and projects. • Ensure compliance with ISO, OSHA, EPA and other international, regional, and local requirements. • Promote a proactive, prevention‑first safety culture across operations, engineering, and service teams. • Drive continuous‑improvement initiatives to reduce risk, boost quality, and enhance environmental performance. • Deliver EHSQ training that empowers employees and contractors to lead with safety and quality. • Lead investigations, audits, and root‑cause analyses, implementing corrective and preventive actions. • Partner with global leaders to align EHSQ priorities with business goals and customer expectations. • Contribute to emissions‑cutting, waste‑minimizing projects that support the clean‑energy transition.

What You Bring

Candidates should hold a bachelor’s degree in EHS, Quality, Engineering, or a related field; certifications such as NEBOSH, ISO Lead Auditor, or Six Sigma are a plus. At least five years of global or multi‑site EHSQ experience in industrial, manufacturing, or energy sectors, deep knowledge of international standards, and a proven record in safety culture, quality management, and sustainability are required. Strong communication, cross‑cultural collaboration, influencing skills, and a hands‑on, globally‑oriented approach are essential.
