About the Role
In this position you will design and scale cloud infrastructure on AWS and Azure, apply Agile methodologies to deliver platform‑specific solutions, and lead architectural initiatives involving microservices, middleware, and APIs. You will collaborate across development and stakeholder teams to integrate cloud and machine‑learning solutions, conduct rigorous systems analysis and risk management, and oversee enterprise architecture projects that ensure seamless connectivity across communication networks. Mentorship and continuous improvement are also key components of the role. • Develop and design scalable cloud infrastructure on AWS and Azure. • Utilize Agile methodology to plan and deliver platform‑specific solutions. • Lead microservices, middleware, and API architectural design initiatives. • Collaborate with developers and stakeholders to integrate cloud and ML solutions. • Conduct systems analysis, risk management, and economic evaluation for IT investments. • Drive enterprise architecture projects ensuring seamless network connectivity. • Mentor and coach team members to foster continuous improvement and innovation. • Design and deploy scalable APIs and microservices using FastAPI or Flask.

What You Bring
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. • 10+ years experience in machine learning, deep learning, or NLP; 4+ years in GenAI/LLM development. • Proficient in Python and frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, Hugging Face Transformers, LangChain, and LangGraph. • Experience training/fine‑tuning foundation models and integrating them into production pipelines. • Familiarity with vector databases (FAISS, Pinecone, Weaviate) and semantic search. • Hands‑on experience with CI/CD, Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud‑based AI infrastructure (Azure preferred). • Deep understanding of prompt engineering, model evaluation, observability, and responsible AI. • Experience with large‑scale data processing, distributed computing, and reinforcement or unsupervised learning. • Background in natural language generation, image generation, or multimodal GenAI. • Proven ability to lead technical teams or AI initiatives end‑to‑end. • Knowledge of enterprise‑grade data governance and AI risk frameworks. • Contributions to open‑source GenAI/ML projects or research publications.
