About the Role
The role provides senior‑level project management services on assigned JLL client projects, primarily technical and mission‑critical, ensuring superior client service. Projects span multiple regions and practices, requiring detailed planning, execution, and client interaction. • Lead senior‑level project management for technical, mission‑critical client projects, defining goals, schedules, budgets, and success criteria. • Serve as primary client liaison, guiding design implementation from concept through construction sign‑off and maintaining stakeholder confidence. • Develop and maintain master project schedules, monitor performance against milestones, and manage vendor and team compliance with contracts and regulations. • Prepare RFPs, oversee vendor and contractor selection, and manage due‑diligence documentation. • Identify and mitigate project liabilities and risks, contributing to best‑practice standards and training team members. • Drive business development by expanding existing client relationships and identifying new opportunities as a subject‑matter expert. • Ensure accounts receivable stay within approved working‑capital limits. • Promote a supportive culture focused on mental, physical, and emotional wellness and equal‑opportunity employment.

What You Bring
The ideal candidate has at least seven years of experience overseeing Tier 2‑4 data centers or critical manufacturing operations, a bachelor's degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering (or equivalent), and proven project‑management expertise. Strong analytical, organizational, and interpersonal skills are required, along with proficiency in MS Office, MS Project, and familiarity with architectural drawings and space‑planning concepts. The position is based on‑site in Atlanta, GA, with up to 50 % travel and daily interaction with clients and contractors. Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship and may be required to work at client sites or project locations. • Require 7+ years managing Tier 2‑4 data centers or critical manufacturing operations and a bachelor's in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering (or equivalent experience). • Demonstrated expertise in project budgeting, scheduling, change orders, and use of MS Office and MS Project; PMP, LEED, AIA, PE preferred. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with executive‑level clients, architects, contractors, and internal teams. • Ability to travel up to 50 % and work on‑site at client locations in Atlanta, GA; must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
