About the Role

The focus of the Manager in Training (M.I.T.) position is to develop future Retail Marketing leaders. As an M.I.T., you will assist with day‑to‑day operations and the success of the team at kiosks located within our retail partner locations, set the tone by embracing core values, supervise a team of typically 6‑12 associates, and act as manager‑on‑duty when needed. • Assist with day‑to‑day kiosk operations at retail partner locations. • Supervise and coach a team of 6‑12 associates, acting as manager‑on‑duty as required. • Provide coverage for other stores in the assigned market when needed. • Support multiple organizational teams and foster cross‑functional collaboration. • Build relationships with leadership to enhance career growth and professional branding. • Develop coaching abilities to drive a high‑performing team that meets or exceeds goals.
