About the Role

Colliers Engineering & Design is seeking a Marketing Coordinator to support pursuit and marketing efforts by preparing qualification packages, proposals, and marketing materials. The role works closely with marketing, business development, and technical staff to ensure timely, accurate, and visually consistent submissions that reflect the firm’s brand and quality standards. • Gather and format information, proofread, and ensure compliance with RFP/RFQ requirements for proposals and qualifications. • Coordinate creation of marketing collateral (statements of qualifications, presentations, brochures) with project managers, technical staff, and subconsultants. • Write, edit, and proofread project narratives, staff resumes, and cover letters aligned with brand standards and client needs. • Develop and maintain marketing assets such as project sheets, resumes, award submissions, and case studies. • Update pursuit information and marketing databases (CRM/Unanet) with accurate project and opportunity data. • Collaborate with marketing staff to apply firm‑wide best practices, file management systems, and submission procedures. • Identify potential RFP/RFQ opportunities through procurement websites and industry sources. • Produce graphics and visual layouts for proposals and presentations ensuring brand consistency. • Apply knowledge of A/E/C client needs and market trends to support business development. • Manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines independently or within a team in a fast‑paced environment. • Communicate and collaborate effectively with marketing, technical, and business‑development staff. • Maintain organized files, databases, and project information with accuracy.

What You Bring

As a Marketing Coordinator, you will produce materials that tell the firm’s story, strengthen its brand, and help win new work while learning and growing within the company’s marketing and business development framework. • Hold an Associate’s degree (Bachelor’s preferred) in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Graphic Design, Business Administration or related field. • Possess 1+ year of new‑business proposal writing experience, preferably in A/E/C or professional services. • Alternatively, have 3–5 years of related experience in lieu of a degree. • Demonstrate basic understanding of A/E/C marketing principles, proposal processes, and client‑focused communication. • Exhibit strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills with attention to detail. • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign preferred); CRM (Unanet) experience a plus.
