About the Role

The Corporate Financial Planning & Analysis manager will play a significant role in driving enterprise‑level financial planning, forecasting and performance measurement. This role partners with senior leadership, segment finance, and corporate functions to deliver actionable reporting and support strategic decision making across the organization. • Drive enterprise‑level financial planning, forecasting, and performance measurement. • Partner with senior leadership, segment finance, and corporate functions to deliver actionable reporting. • Support the annual operating plan, monthly outlook, financial recaps, and key performance measure reporting. • Assist in preparing annual budgets, long‑range financial plans, and monthly executive financial packages. • Maintain and develop standardized financial reporting across business segments. • Review monthly results, identify improvement opportunities, and address barriers to financial objectives. • Prepare ad‑hoc financial analyses and presentations for the corporate FP&A team. • Collaborate with Controllership and Cash teams to ensure alignment and standardization. • Drive process improvements to increase efficiency and accuracy of financial reporting.

What You Bring

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or Accounting. • Minimum five years of progressive financial experience, including business control responsibilities. • Experience supporting multi‑location field operations. • Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and interpersonal communication skills. • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and familiarity with financial IT systems.
