About the Role

• Oversee HVAC design from concept through completion, coordinating with design teams and clients. • Design comfort, HVAC, and control systems. • Design plumbing systems, including water, sewer, and gas. • Produce engineering and energy studies, such as COMcheck and Title 24 analyses. • Prepare responses to RFPs and RFQs for clients and marketing opportunities. • Mentor and coordinate designers, EITs, and other technical staff on multi‑discipline projects. • Manage and deliver tasks with minimal supervision.
