About the Role
Join Schneider Electric’s dynamic Facilities team as a Hub Operations Leader, responsible for delivering an exceptional workplace experience for employees. The role oversees site culture, safety, security, sustainability, and infrastructure management while ensuring operational excellence aligned with the company’s values and vision. Acting as the primary liaison between employees, executive leadership, and external partners, the Site Leader drives initiatives that foster engagement, compliance, and efficiency across the site. This position champions a professional, welcoming environment and ensures seamless coordination among diverse stakeholders. • Drive a positive, inclusive workplace culture aligned with Schneider Electric’s values; lead and mentor the Workplace Ambassador team; organize site events and community initiatives; partner with leadership for site improvements. • Serve as site lead for safety, security, and compliance; act as primary contact for incident response and security protocols; champion sustainability initiatives and environmental objectives. • Oversee all site operations, including facilities, maintenance, shipping/receiving, and budget management; manage construction and renovation projects ensuring compliance and timely delivery; collaborate to optimize energy use; ensure technology systems (A/V, access control, security cameras, reservation tools) are fully operational.

What You Bring
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Facilities Management, Operations Management, Engineering, or related field. • Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to influence and engage diverse teams. • Experience in site operations, facilities management, or workplace experience roles. • Comfort with digital tools, IoT platforms, and technology‑driven environments.
