About the Role
The Forklift Operator (Dock Stocker) in the shipping department ensures products move efficiently and safely through the dock, organizing and transporting goods while adhering to safety standards. • Operate forklifts to load outgoing shipments and transport pallets within the warehouse. • Complete pick tickets, full‑pallet picking, and shuttle pallets using scanners and computer systems. • Follow work orders or oral instructions to determine material and equipment needs. • Maintain a clean, debris‑free, and safe work area. • Support cross‑training on other distribution‑center functions and perform additional duties as assigned.

What You Bring
• Hold a high school diploma or GED and 1–2 years of forklift experience in a warehouse or distribution setting. • Obtain forklift operator certification and possess knowledge of safety regulations and distribution‑center procedures. • Demonstrate strong attention to detail, accuracy, and effective communication/teamwork skills. • Meet physical requirements: stand, walk, lift 10 lb regularly and up to 50 lb occasionally, and operate a stand‑up forklift for a full shift.
