About the Role
• Collaborate with the Project Manager and team to input, monitor, and implement the JDE Quantity Book. • Draft and review project letters, notices, and owner communications, assessing impacts on the project. • Develop and manage contract provisions and subcontractor terms, including change order processes. • Track and execute all project change requests and potential change orders from inception to final delivery. • Oversee subcontractor payments, documentation, and monthly cost reporting for claims and PCOs.

What You Bring
• High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Finance, or related field preferred. • At least 10 years of cost engineering or financial management experience on construction infrastructure or building projects. • Proficiency with cost management software (Procore), HCSS estimating tools, Excel, Primavera P6, or similar platforms. • Strong analytical, organizational, written and verbal communication skills. • Experience managing heavy construction projects and overseeing subcontractor change order negotiations.

Benefits
Salary Range for this position is between $100,000 and $150,000 depending on experience.
