About the Role

• Install and adjust kitchen units, worktops, and cupboard doors • Identify and resolve minor plumbing issues during installation • Perform wall and floor tiling repairs, including grouting and sealing • Paint and decorate to a professional finish after repairs • Ensure installations and repairs are completed safely and to a high standard • Work sensitively in occupied properties, respecting residents’ privacy • Participate in a monthly out‑of‑hours emergency repair rota • Report additional works, safeguarding concerns, or property issues beyond scope • Deliver excellent customer service in residents’ homes • Record job details, materials used, and completion notes using handheld devices or job sheets • Maintain tools, equipment, and company vehicle in good condition • Manage daily workload to meet service‑level targets • Provide high‑quality customer service in occupied homes

What You Bring

We are seeking an experienced Multi‑Skilled Operative to join our Kitchen and Bathroom team, delivering high‑quality installations and repairs that improve social housing standards and enhance the lives of residents. The role plays a key part in providing safe, comfortable, and well‑maintained homes for the community. The ideal candidate is reliable, skilled across multiple trades, and passionate about getting the job done correctly the first time. You will need to work both independently and as part of a team, manage your daily workload efficiently, and participate in the monthly out‑of‑hours emergency rota. All applicants must have the right to work in the UK, a full UK driving licence, and will be subject to background, identity, and security checks. Benefits

The position offers a salary of up to £33,019 per annum, based in Caerphilly, on a full‑time permanent contract with standard hours of 08:00‑16:30 and a monthly out‑of‑hours rota.
