Job Highlights
About the Role
• Perform quality inspections on sub‑assemblies and finished products to ensure compliance with specifications. • Maintain and update quality control documentation, including inspection reports and non‑conformance records. • Mentor Assembly Technicians (levels 1‑3) and support their professional development. • Conduct internal process audits, recommend improvements, and monitor implementation. • Identify and implement continuous improvement opportunities within QA. • Lead root‑cause analysis of quality issues and drive corrective and preventive actions. • Support supplier quality by collaborating with procurement on audits and performance monitoring. • Participate in New Product Development releases by validating product quality with engineering and production. • Interpret specifications, blueprints, and GD&T to verify product requirements. • Inspect products using GD&T, record defects, and ensure proper segregation of non‑conforming parts. • Execute various tests and quality checks, operating diagnostic equipment as needed. • Record test and process data accurately in computer systems. • Propose modifications to quality or production standards to optimize equipment capabilities. • Keep work area clean, organized, and uphold safety practices. • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

What You Bring
• 1‑3 years QA experience with electro‑mechanical products. • Ability to lift up to 40 lb. • Proficient reading blueprints, tolerances, and metal rules. • Strong attention to detail and record‑keeping skills. • Microsoft Word, Excel, and email proficiency. • Ability to define problems, collect data, and draw valid conclusions. • Good reading, writing, and comprehension of simple instructions. • Strong math skills (rates, ratios, percentages). • Team‑oriented work style. • ISO 9001/AS9100 internal auditing experience (preferred). • High school diploma or GED. • Proficient with micrometers, calipers, and other measuring tools. • Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills.

Benefits
For this U.S.-based, full-time position, the hourly compensation range is $22 – $29, with eligibility for overtime, premium pay, and differentials based on location. Individual pay is determined by knowledge, job-related skills, experience, education, and performance.
