About the Role

As a Heavy Equipment Operator I you will operate bulldozers, scrapers, and front‑end loaders at one of our recycling facilities. Your skilled operation is critical to our mission, and you will follow strict safety procedures to protect yourself and your teammates. • Operates heavy equipment in compliance with the company operating safety policies and procedures. • Conducts routine equipment inspections and preventative maintenance on equipment; maintains accurate records. • Moves and positions raw materials and finished components with use of material moving equipment. • Follow appropriate standard operating procedures as per guidelines for operating and maintaining vehicle. • Take accountability for adhering to our safety guidelines.

What You Bring

Candidates must have at least one year of experience operating heavy equipment, be 18 years or older, and be legally authorized to work in the United States. You must be able to meet the physical demands of the role and pass a pre‑employment drug screen and physical examination. We look for team members who thrive independently, take accountability for safety guidelines, communicate effectively with coworkers, and solve problems on their own. The job requires sustained motor coordination and finger dexterity, occasional handling of objects under 30 pounds, and rare exposure to occupational risks such as cuts or burns. You will work in environments that may include dirt, odors, noise, and extreme weather conditions. • 1 year of experience operating heavy equipment. • Be over 18 years of age. • Legally eligible to work in the United States. • Ability to perform physical requirements of the position with or without reasonable accommodations. • Successfully complete and pass pre‑employment drug screen and physical. • Good communicators who are ready to support other colleagues. • Able to problem solve while independently. • Required to use motor coordination with finger dexterity (such as keyboarding, machine operation, etc.) most of the workday. • Required to exert physical effort in handling objects less than 30 pounds occasionally. • Required to be exposed to physical occupational risks (such as cuts, burns, exposure to toxic chemicals, etc.) rarely. • Required to be exposed to physical environment which involves dirt, odors, noise, weather extremes or similar elements most of the workday.
