About the Role
A Driver – CDL (B) safely operates a collection truck to provide prompt, courteous waste removal services. The driver must ensure the vehicle meets the company’s safety standards before each shift, comply with all company, state, and federal regulations, and complete daily vehicle condition reports to address defects promptly. Key duties include performing pre‑ and post‑operation vehicle inspections, reading route sheets, and operating manual or automatic controls to lift, load, compact, and dispose of refuse at designated facilities. Drivers interact courteously with customers and dispatchers, tag unsatisfactory containers, monitor waste for violations, clean accidental spills, and continuously monitor vehicle condition to minimize downtime. They also complete route productivity sheets, VCRs, and other required reports while adhering to productivity standards and safety policies, including active participation in the ReSOP program.

What You Bring
Applicants must hold a Class B (or higher) Commercial Driver’s License with an air‑brakes endorsement. Successful drivers demonstrate strong customer service, time‑management, and follow‑through skills, consistently follow company policies, and take pride in safe, reliable performance.
