About the Role

The specialist assists with large proposals and leads small to medium proposals from capture through the interview stage, coordinating schedules, templates, compliance, and document design. Responsibilities include leading content creation, facilitating Pink and Red team reviews, and managing revisions based on feedback. The role also participates in go/no‑go analyses, conducts internal debriefs, and liaises with technical and business development teams to develop marketing materials. • Assist large proposals and lead small‑to‑medium proposals from capture through interview stage. • Coordinate proposal schedules, templates, compliance, and document design; serve as lead writer/editor for resumes and past performance sections. • Facilitate Pink and Red team color‑review processes and implement revisions based on feedback. • Participate in go/no‑go and greenlight analyses, capture planning, and positioning activities. • Conduct internal debriefs and incorporate client feedback for continuous improvement. • Liaise with business line, operations, technical, and business development teams to develop marketing materials such as case studies and capability summaries. • Provide guidance and mentorship to entry‑level proposal team members; perform self‑checks before submission.

What You Bring

Minimum qualifications are a Bachelor’s degree and at least two years of experience supporting proposal activity within a marketing team, or equivalent education and experience. Preferred qualifications include a degree in Communications or Marketing, knowledge of the architecture/engineering industry, and strong skills in Microsoft Office, Adobe Creative Suite, and collaborative tools such as Teams and SharePoint. Experience with Salesforce and a demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and confidential information are also valued. • Minimum: Bachelor’s degree and 2 years of proposal/marketing experience (or equivalent). • Preferred: degree in Communications/Marketing, knowledge of the A/E industry, and proficiency with Microsoft Office, Adobe Creative Suite, InDesign, PowerPoint, Teams, SharePoint, and Salesforce. • Demonstrated initiative, strong organizational and administrative skills, and ability to manage multiple concurrent projects and confidential information.
