About the Role

The CAM Analyst role supports the tenant CAM recovery process, handling lease review, abstracting recovery terms, and providing assistance with quarterly or monthly reconciliations and true‑up calculations. The analyst also manages lease administration and annual CAM reconciliation, serving as a resource for accounting and property management teams on large centrally managed client portfolios. Within Client Accounting, the CAM Analyst is tasked with analyzing tenant leases to identify CAM recovery provisions, abstracting those terms into templates or accounting software, and maintaining expense pools for calculation purposes. The analyst supports the accounting team by calculating monthly recovery entries and troubleshooting issues, participates in project teams for large client onboarding, and maintains tenant data for renewals, expansions, and new leases. Additionally, the analyst assists with annual recovery reconciliations performed through the accounting system. • Analyze tenant leases to identify CAM recovery terms. • Abstract lease recovery provisions into templates and accounting software. • Maintain expense pools for tenant recovery calculations. • Calculate monthly recovery entries and true‑up adjustments, troubleshooting as needed. • Participate in large‑client onboarding projects focused on recovery terms. • Update and manage tenant lease data for renewals, expansions, and new tenants. • Support annual CAM reconciliation using the accounting system. • Utilize Yardi and MRI platforms for lease administration. • Apply strong analytical and problem‑solving skills to CAM reconciliations.

What You Bring

The position requires at least five years of industry experience focused on CAM reconciliation and lease abstraction, as well as proficiency with Yardi and MRI lease administration platforms. Candidates should possess a solid understanding of property operations, strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities, and direct experience with CAM reconciliations. A bachelor’s degree or one to three years of relevant experience is required. • Hold a bachelor’s degree or 1–3 years of relevant experience.
