About the Role
The current opening is for a General Maintenance Technician. The role involves traveling across the United States on full‑time commercial construction projects, including overnight assignments when required. Key responsibilities include performing commercial renovations and build‑outs, following OSHA requirements, maintaining detailed documentation of repairs, and communicating professionally with customers to build relationships. The technician must be able to work overtime, be on‑call for emergencies, and possess basic computer skills. • Flooring – install VCT, LVT, tile, carpet squares, cove base • Plumbing – replace/install sinks, faucets, toilets, basic drainage (licensed plumbers encouraged) • Electrical – replace/install light fixtures, switches, outlets; basic data connections and minor diagnostics (licensed electricians encouraged)

What You Bring
The position requires at least three years of experience in construction or commercial maintenance, possession of basic construction hand tools, and completion of OSHA 10‑hour training (or within three months of hire, paid by the employer). • Carpentry – partition framing, metal/wood studs, basic cabinetry, countertops, doors/windows installation • HVAC – knowledge of refrigeration and preventative maintenance service calls
