About the Role

This role is responsible for onboarding, developing, coaching, mentoring, and performance management of all drivers and helpers. The incumbent establishes and maintains positive relationships with frontline employees and spends the majority of the day in the field alongside them. New frontline employees receive tools, instruction, and daily feedback to ensure successful performance. The manager meets with them each day, provides consistent touchpoints, reviews best practices, and supports career‑goal development. Improvement opportunities are identified and addressed through collaborative coaching, while safety practices are reinforced through root‑cause investigations, regulatory documentation, and regular audits of route operations. Customer sites are visited to evaluate and resolve safety issues. • Onboard, coach, mentor, and manage performance of drivers and helpers in the field. • Provide daily tools, instruction, feedback, and consistent touchpoints to new frontline employees. • Review and improve best practices, career goals, and performance metrics. • Conduct safety investigations, maintain regulatory documentation, and audit route operation records. • Visit customer sites to evaluate and resolve safety concerns.

Required qualifications include an accredited associate’s degree (or a high school diploma with two years of relevant experience), being at least 18 years old, legal work eligibility in the job location, and a valid driver’s license. The position operates in a hybrid office‑field environment and routinely uses standard office equipment. Base pay ranges from $77,970 to $101,000, dependent on experience, education, certifications, and location. Employees receive discretionary time off, up to 80 hours of paid sick time per year, seven paid holidays, and up to four weeks of paid leave in a rolling 12‑month period. Eligible employees receive a competitive total compensation package that includes medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short‑term disability, a stock purchase plan, and a company‑matched 401(k).
