About the Role
We are looking for an Engineer to join our project delivery team. The role supports senior engineers, performs routine and moderately complex engineering tasks, and contributes to high‑quality project execution while adhering to budgets, schedules, and AECOM’s quality standards. • Support senior engineers in delivering project tasks within budget, schedule, and quality standards. • Manage specific portions of broader engineering assignments independently. • Gather, analyze, and correlate basic engineering data using established procedures. • Perform detailed or routine engineering calculations and simple tests. • Propose approaches to solve new or unexpected technical problems. • Identify and promptly report discrepancies in data, results, or calculations. • Provide guidance and mentorship to entry‑level engineers. • Complete assigned work in accordance with project requirements under moderate supervision.

What You Bring
• Hold a bachelor’s degree in a relevant engineering discipline. • Possess at least three years of relevant engineering experience, including calculations, tests, and data analysis. • Demonstrated strong analytical and problem‑solving skills. • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities. • Ability to identify discrepancies and propose corrective actions. • Capability to work within established procedures while managing independent tasks. • Strong attention to detail, time‑management, and organizational skills.
