About the Role

• Participate in project hand‑off with pre‑construction team. • Prepare and track project deliverables, including submittals, shop drawings, procurement schedules and project close‑out documents. • Develop and maintain project schedules. • Establish and manage project budgets to ensure consistent successful financial outcomes. • Manage construction activities, including coordination, layout, manpower allocation and conflict resolution. • Perform detailed itemized take‑offs. • Create, manage and negotiate project scope change proposals. • Create, manage and track RFIs. • Ensure compliance with all company policies, safety and productivity guidelines. • Communicate effectively with customers, vendors, employees, and internal teams to meet project goals. • Travel up to 50% of the time to project sites across the United States.

What You Bring

We're seeking a Project Manager skilled in planning, manpower forecasting, and budget management to collaborate directly with clients and ensure top‑tier safety and quality compliance. Your expertise will drive project success, timely completion, and adherence to industry standards. The ideal candidate has at least two years of experience managing electrical construction projects, with extensive knowledge of commercial electrical materials and equipment. Prior field experience in the electrical trade, advanced Excel and MS Office skills, and proficiency with Bluebeam, Procore or similar software are required. The role also demands a valid driver’s license, ability to travel nationwide at any time, and compliance with company conduct and appearance standards, including passing a background check. Holding a Journeyman or Master’s electrical license is preferred, as is experience overseeing remodels or retrofits for big‑box retail customers. Benefits

Compensation includes a base salary with bonus potential ranging from $110,00 to $150,000 annually, complemented by full medical, dental, 401(k) and other benefits, as well as paid time off. • Work from the Justin, TX office Monday‑Friday when not on site. • Base salary and bonus potential of $110,00 – $150,000 annually. • Full medical, dental, 401(k) and other benefits. • Paid time off (PTO).
