About the Role
The Concierge serves as the primary point of contact for residents, guests, and vendors. This role delivers exceptional customer service, maintains security awareness, and supports daily condominium operations. It ensures a welcoming, safe, and well‑managed residential environment. • Greet residents, guests, and visitors courteously and professionally • Manage guest registration and control building access per policies • Assist residents with inquiries, service requests, and reservations • Receive, log, and distribute packages, mail, and deliveries • Monitor building access points, security cameras, and alarm systems • Enforce building rules, policies, and access procedures • Report suspicious activity, safety concerns, or incidents to management or security • Respond to emergencies following established protocols • Maintain accurate visitor logs, incident reports, and delivery records • Coordinate with property management, security, and maintenance staff • Communicate building notices and announcements to residents • Assist with move-ins and move-outs according to condo procedures • Grant authorized vendors and contractors building access • Verify work orders and ensure vendor compliance with building policies • Notify residents of scheduled service visits when necessary

Benefits
The position is part‑time, with shifts on Monday, Wednesday, Thursday and 3 pm‑11 pm on Saturday, and 7 am‑3 pm on Sunday, paying $20 per hour. Applicants must reside within 30 minutes of the Fort Lauderdale area.
