About the Role
As a Technician (Fan Blade Manufacturing) you will work on the shop floor covering several operations, using hand tools, gauges, fixtures, hydraulic or pneumatic tooling to craft high‑precision hollow titanium fan blades. Rolls‑Royce pioneers cutting‑edge technologies to deliver clean, safe and competitive power solutions and aims to be Digital First. Key responsibilities include operating CNC machines, furnaces, automated robots and process lines, working in accordance with technique sheets and quality procedures, and implementing improvement initiatives while maintaining 5S and housekeeping standards. • Operate CNC machines, furnaces, robots, and process lines. • Follow technique sheets and quality procedures. • Drive improvement initiatives and uphold 5S housekeeping standards. • Interpret and read 3‑D feature drawings. • Work rotating shifts with possible overtime, including weekends and public holidays.

What You Bring
Candidates must hold at least a NITEC or Diploma in an engineering‑related field, be able to read 3‑D feature drawings, and be willing to work rotating shifts, overtime, weekends and public holidays.
