About the Role
The Aerial Foreman supports all phases of utility construction for various telecom projects, ensuring work is done correctly and efficiently. This role requires a hands‑on approach and a dedication to delivering high‑quality results. • Install and/or repair aerial CATV, coaxial, and fiber cable. • Place, relocate, remove poles, lines, open-wire, drop and block wire to maintain efficient operation of customer facilities. • Set up a safety perimeter using signage, cones, and safety barriers. • Review project plans, specifications, and installation instructions to ensure compliance with design specifications. • Direct on‑site activities and act as lead for in‑house crews. • Complete required documentation and record crew time. • Communicate with the Area Supervisor or Manager and oversee daily schedules, deliveries, and crew productivity.

What You Bring
Ideal candidates prioritize safety, have a proven record of high‑quality work, enjoy problem‑solving, and seek long‑term projects while mentoring their team. Demonstrated leadership and a willingness to get their hands dirty are essential. • Minimum 3 + years experience in telecommunications construction, including coax and fiber splicing, directional drilling, aerial and underground work. • OSHA 10, CPR, and flagging certifications; knowledge of OSHA safety requirements. • Ability to operate a bucket truck, digger, Derek truck and lift up to 70 lb, climb up to 35 ft. • Proficiency reading work orders and CTV cable prints. • Demonstrated leadership, coaching, and mentoring skills. • Ability to work on call, evenings, weekends, in all weather conditions, and under pressure. • Strong knowledge of CATV building practices and aerial field equipment. • Physical ability to work outdoors and perform hands‑on tasks.
