About the Role

The Manager – Property role at Cushman & Wakefield is responsible for overseeing daily site operations, ensuring technical services meet client requirements, and managing electromechanical repair and maintenance, as well as developing asset-specific maintenance and safety manuals. The incumbent will supervise all building systems—including fire/life safety, MEP, and critical utilities—maintain asset documentation, manage defective liability periods and AMC/CAMC tracking, and lead hiring, training, and development of shift engineers, maintenance, HK Soft Services, and security staff. Budgetary control, SLA and KPI monitoring of outsourced agencies, timely renewal of agreements, invoice submission and payment follow-ups are also key responsibilities to ensure high-quality service delivery. • Oversee building systems, including fire/life safety, MEP, and critical utilities. • Document assets and track defective liability periods and AMC/CAMC. • Hire, train, and develop shift engineers, maintenance, HK Soft Services, and security staff. • Formulate budgeting controls and monitor SLAs/KPIs of outsourced agencies. • Maintain service level agreements and ensure high performance indicator scores. • Ensure timely renewal of agreements, invoice processing, and payment follow-ups.

What You Bring

Candidates should have 4-5 years of asset and property maintenance experience in real-estate development, strong written and oral communication, attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and teamwork or management skills. • Minimum 4–5 years experience in asset/property maintenance within real-estate development. • Strong written and oral communication skills with attention to detail. • Excellent problem-solving abilities; teamwork and management skills are advantageous.
