About the Role

The Precision Assembler reads and interprets drawings, diagrams, and work orders, follows written and process instructions, and verifies incoming part inventory. They connect units to test instruments, perform functional performance testing, and assemble electrical systems and sub‑assemblies using hand tools and soldering equipment. Throughout the build, they inspect sub‑assemblies for completeness, distribute materials to the appropriate areas, and pack finished products for shipment, while maintaining a clean workstation. • Read and interpret drawings, diagrams, and work orders • Follow written and process instructions, including circuit diagrams • Verify inventory of received parts against work orders • Connect units to test instruments and test functional performance • Assemble electrical systems and install components using hand tools and soldering equipment • Inspect sub‑assemblies for completeness and correctness • Pack finished products for shipment and keep the workstation clean • Distribute materials, supplies, and sub‑assemblies to designated areas • Perform manual soldering on printed circuit boards • Maintain attention to detail and follow directions • Work collaboratively in a fast‑paced, high‑pressure environment • Use hand tools such as screwdrivers, electric drills, pliers, and soldering machines
