About the Role

You will contribute to plumbing design for projects of varying scale and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams throughout each project’s lifecycle. Working alongside senior engineers and designers, you will help develop proposals and assess construction feasibility. • Provide plumbing design for projects ranging from small to large. • Represent the firm in interactions with clients, contractors, architects, and project team members. • Manage CAD/BIM and technical staff as directed by senior engineers or designers. • Participate in trade organizations and prepare presentations. • Assist with employee reviews when requested. • Estimate construction costs and evaluate feasibility using ROM. • Write engineering proposals under senior supervision.

What You Bring

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering (or equivalent experience). • Minimum 7+ years of mechanical design experience, preferably in commercial, institutional, healthcare, aviation, or large infrastructure markets. • Proficiency with latest AutoCAD‑MEP and Revit. • Knowledge of fire suppression systems, mechanical/plumbing trades, building codes, and equipment selection. • Ability to perform fire suppression hydraulic calculations and cost estimations. • EIT certification required; PE preferred.
