About the Role
The Financial Analyst • Capital Markets role is an embedded position within Cushman & Wakefield’s Capital Markets Team in Boca Raton, FL, supporting transaction-related financial analysis activities. This role focuses on pricing, valuation model creation, lease abstraction, due diligence, and market data collection. The analyst will prepare pro forma statements, discounted cash flow analyses, and Excel‑based financial models while auditing existing models for data accuracy and cash‑flow assumptions. They will review leases to extract key economic and non‑economic data, conduct market research, and translate findings into concise high‑level summaries under senior oversight. • Perform financial analysis, pricing, and valuation modeling using Argus and Excel. • Prepare pro forma statements, discounted cash flow analyses, and audit existing financial models. • Abstract key data from leases and identify gaps or issues. • Conduct market research and synthesize findings into clear, concise summaries. • Develop high‑level transaction analysis summaries, highlighting strengths, weaknesses, and outliers. • Communicate missing information, coordinate data collection, and revise deliverables with senior team members. • Document processes, create training materials, and share tools, templates, and best practices.

What You Bring
Candidates should have 0‑2 years of financial analysis and modeling experience, preferably a bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Real Estate, or a related field. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is essential, and experience with Argus Enterprise, CoStar, and discounted cash flow models is a plus. Strong analytical, detail‑oriented, and communication skills are required, along with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment. • Require 0‑2 years of financial analysis/modeling experience; proficiency in Excel; Argus experience a plus. • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Real Estate preferred; strong analytical and communication skills. • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a high‑volume, fast‑paced environment.
