We are seeking a dynamic Service Manager who is passionate about exceptional service and operational excellence. This leader will guide a dedicated team to ensure smooth operations and a top‑tier living experience for residents. Effective communication is essential, as the manager serves as the primary contact for residents, team members, and cross‑functional departments, ensuring transparency and resident satisfaction. Strong organizational skills are required to manage work orders, schedules, inventory, budgets, and accurate records. Ideal candidates have proven leadership experience in service or maintenance, preferably in a large residential setting, with strong problem‑solving, communication, and organizational abilities. A passion for outstanding customer service, a valid driver’s license, a 30‑minute commute, technical competency with P‑Tech HVAC systems and related equipment, and at least three years of managerial experience in an apartment community are required. • Proven leadership experience in service or maintenance, preferably large residential • Strong problem‑solving ability and timely decision‑making • Excellent communication skills for team leadership and resident engagement • Exceptional organizational skills with ability to prioritize multiple tasks • Valid driver’s license • Residence within 30‑minute commute of property • Competency with P‑Tech HVAC systems, individual hot water tanks, copper/PEX piping • Minimum 3 years of managerial experience in an apartment community
