The welding specialist will support plant reliability by performing welding and fabrication on equipment and structures, maintaining tools, and collaborating with maintenance and operations teams. The role requires interpreting blueprints and ensuring compliance with safety standards and company procedures. What You Bring
Candidates must pass a pre‑employment physical examination and background check and be at least 18 years old. The work environment includes moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, temperature extremes, humidity, and elevated noise levels. • Proficiency in MIG, TIG, and Stick welding techniques. • Ability to interpret technical documents and apply welding specifications accurately. • Strong commitment to safety and attention to detail. • Effective communication and teamwork skills.
