About the Role

The Product Compliance Analyst ensures that Masco’s products meet applicable product and regulatory requirements, with emphasis on chemicals of concern, extended producer responsibility, product safety, and energy and water efficiency. The role involves planning, implementing, and evaluating adherence to these standards across all business units. • Collaborate cross‑functionally within Masco HQ and across all Business Units to coordinate a company‑wide product and regulatory compliance program. • Assess consistency of product compliance practices across global Business Units. • Conduct assessments, testing, and periodic audits of new and existing products to ensure and sustain compliance with applicable requirements. • Identify emerging regulations and consumer product safety trends. • Use independent judgment to determine which products or materials require chemical testing for compliance. • Support Masco Legal on litigation matters related to products and compliance.

What You Bring

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Engineering Technology, Environmental Science, Chemistry, Materials Science, or a related field. • Minimum three years of product regulatory compliance and testing experience, or equivalent education and work experience. • Hands‑on lab experience with test methods, equipment, performance evaluation, and test report writing (preferred). • Ability to work independently and as part of a team; quick learner with strong work ethic. • Capable of handling multiple tasks while meeting various deadlines. • Strong analytical and structured problem‑solving skills, with ability to simplify complex problems. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for drafting policies and procedures. • Proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite. • Willingness to travel domestically and internationally up to 30% of the time.

Benefits
