About the Role
The role is responsible for managing delivery of specific areas or work packages, meeting key performance indicators for safety, quality, cost and programme. You will work as part of the construction delivery team, building and managing relationships with trade subcontractors, internal colleagues and external stakeholders, and will be accountable for the structure and fit‑out of assigned packages, programme adherence, and safe working standards. Key responsibilities include supporting team performance, coordinating with package managers on critical path work, leading forecast look‑ahead meetings, providing detailed planned‑vs‑actual data, managing close‑out activities, and leveraging the Centre of Excellence knowledge base and best practices. You will also promote business priorities such as digital transformation and responsible practices, and collaborate on the net‑zero carbon transition by managing project emissions. • Drive team performance through coaching, technical development, and performance management. • Oversee structure and fit‑out of assigned work package, ensuring safety, quality, and programme compliance. • Coordinate with project package managers on critical path activities and programme updates. • Lead forecast look‑ahead meetings and provide accurate planned‑vs‑actual reporting. • Monitor digital construction data, escalating deviations to leadership when necessary. • Manage area close‑out, adhering to QA/QC plans, ITPs, and handover procedures. • Build strong relationships with trade subcontractors, internal teams, and external stakeholders. • Leverage the Centre of Excellence knowledge base and company best practices. • Advance business priorities in construction, digital, data, and responsible practices. • Contribute to net‑zero carbon goals by identifying and managing project emissions.
