About the Role
The Maintenance Supervisor will partner with the Community Manager to oversee all maintenance operations, ensuring timely service requests, preventative upkeep, safety compliance, and high‑quality resident experiences. • Coordinate and respond to resident and management service requests and work orders. • Conduct daily inspections of grounds, buildings, and common areas to identify and correct hazards. • Manage maintenance supplies inventory and adhere to budget guidelines. • Implement and maintain a preventative maintenance program to extend property life. • Keep the maintenance shop organized, stocked, and compliant with OSHA and safety standards. • Maintain accurate records of service requests, EPA/OSHA compliance, and work progress. • Supervise, train, schedule, and evaluate maintenance staff performance. • Provide on‑call emergency support and oversee after‑hours property issues. • Ensure consistent, high‑quality customer service and enforce community policies. • Order bids and negotiate with vendors, contractors, and suppliers to optimize resources.

What You Bring
• Required certifications: EPA and CPO; HVAC experience preferred. • Minimum education: High school diploma or equivalent; basic computer skills and knowledge of Fair Housing and OSHA. • Must possess reliable transportation for on‑call emergencies and be able to lift/move objects 100+ lb.
