About the Role

The role delivers exceptional workplace experiences on‑site with a banking client, acting as the primary point of contact for staff and visitors and overseeing daily operations. It involves ensuring compliance with standards, driving engagement initiatives, and coordinating events, activations, and site tours. This is a part‑time position, Monday‑Friday, 8 am‑2 pm. • Deliver exceptional workplace experiences and act as primary contact for staff and visitors. • Oversee day‑to‑day service delivery, ensuring compliance with standards and procedures. • Implement client engagement strategies and operational experience initiatives. • Coordinate events, activations, site tours, and manage meeting rooms. • Manage internal communications to boost workplace culture and employee engagement. • Interface with service partners and occupants, addressing concerns and maintaining health and safety.
