About the Role

• Produce monthly deliverables including Project Delivery Plans, Status Reports, Cost Reports, and meeting materials. • Maintain project budgets per client requirements and update schedules with clear milestones and objectives. • Keep accurate risk registers, prepare PCG reports, and attend related meetings. • Draft meeting minutes and agendas. • Assist with vendor RFP preparation, tendering, and contract administration for clients, consultants, and suppliers. • Ensure timely invoice processing and payments. • Participate in value engineering and buildability analysis. • Review design documentation to minimize risk and maintain cost reports, cash flows, and accruals. • Support Health, Safety & Environmental compliance and maintain the Safety and Environmental Plan. • Manage project close‑out processes, including financial close‑out and coordination of contractual documents such as as‑builts, releases, and training. • Ensure all deliverables meet quality standards and represent JLL professionally.

What You Bring

As a Project Coordinator Intern you will support the project team in managing smaller or less complex projects from start to completion. This role requires technical knowledge and proficiency with JLL systems, processes, and technology, and offers the chance to contribute to project delivery while developing industry‑specific skills. • Pursuing a degree in Project/Construction Management, Built Environment, Engineering, or a related field. • Sound technical knowledge of construction project management processes. • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, SharePoint, Microsoft Project, and experience managing cost reporting systems. • Basic understanding of delivery methods (e.g., Project Management, Construction Management, Lump Sum, etc.). • Basic understanding of the legal environment regarding planning, commercial aspects, and delivery constraints. • Basic understanding of ISO14001, ISO45001, ISO9001, and general Environmental Health and Safety legislation; assist in maintaining relevant accreditations.
