About the Role
The UX Designer will own the design vision across a broad product portfolio, leading initiatives with minimal supervision while championing the latest design trends and advocating for the customer's perspective. Collaboration with product leaders and fellow designers is integral, as is adapting wireframes and incorporating research findings to craft optimal user experiences. Storyboarding, surveying, and creating visual aesthetics further support the delivery of seamless navigation and cohesive digital interfaces. In addition to design duties, the role requires representing DP World positively at all times, embodying the Founder’s Principles, values, and culture, and upholding the highest safety standards and ethical conduct. The incumbent will also perform any additional responsibilities as assigned. • Lead design initiatives independently with minimal direction. • Advocate for customers, promote latest design trends, and collaborate with product heads and designers. • Produce and adapt product wireframes to changing requirements. • Apply recent research to define optimal UX design elements. • Build storyboards to convey project plans to clients and management. • Create surveys across media platforms to gather user feedback on website and product usability. • Design visual aesthetics for websites or products. • Enhance user experience by creating seamless navigation across digital programs and interfaces. • Combine interface and digital design concepts, establishing milestones to foster teamwork. • Conduct user research and evaluate feedback. • Establish and promote design guidelines, best practices, and standards. • Act as an ambassador for DP World, promoting positive behaviors and ensuring safety and ethical compliance.

What You Bring
Ideal candidates will hold a BS or MS in design, HCI, or a related field, and bring 8–12 years of experience in UX or interaction design, demonstrated through a strong portfolio. They must possess excellent communication and analytical skills, thrive in fast‑paced and ambiguous projects, and be adept at collaborating with cross‑functional stakeholders and developers. Proficiency with industry‑standard design tools and a solid grasp of information architecture, usability principles, and design guidelines are also required. • Own design across a large product space with multiple customer interaction elements. • BS/MS in design, human‑computer interaction, or equivalent experience. • 8‑12 years of experience as a UX or interaction designer. • Portfolio demonstrating a user‑centered design process. • Strong communication, presentation, interpersonal, and analytical skills. • Ability to collaborate with stakeholders across multiple organizations. • Efficient work style with bias for action in fast‑paced, ambiguous projects. • Experience working directly or remotely with developers for implementation. • Knowledge of information architecture, usability principles, and techniques. • Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, InVision, Framer JS, Flinto, Illustrator, Adobe XD, and Zeplin. • Ability to present and sell design solutions to various stakeholders.
