About the Role
You will maintain guest rooms and public areas, perform repairs, and collaborate with engineering leadership on special projects. • Painting, stucco, texturing, drywall, staining, knockdown and popcorn ceiling work • Troubleshoot plumbing fixtures, including drain cleaning • Replace light bulbs and ballasts • Repair closet/drapery tracks and furniture (stain, fix knicks/gouges) • Communicate with engineering leadership and assist on special projects

What You Bring
We are seeking a full‑time Maintenance Tech II for Christmas Mountain Village in Wisconsin Dells, WI. The role involves maintaining guest rooms, public areas, and back‑of‑house spaces, keeping the property attractive and well‑maintained while focusing on guest relations and problem resolution. Work hours run from 7:30 am to 4:00 pm, with flexibility for weekends and holidays. Candidates should have basic maintenance experience, physical ability to handle lifting and climbing, and a valid driver’s license. • 1‑2 years maintenance experience; ability to climb ladders up to 40 ft, lift/push 100 lb, stand/walk for prolonged periods • Valid driver’s license and open, flexible availability
