About the Role

As a Supervising Engineer, you will represent the Firm in all interactions with clients, contractors, architects, and other project team members, and you will supervise, coordinate, and assign various projects to be performed by the team. • Act as Engineer of Record on dedicated projects • Lead and supervise coordination meetings • Provide periodic employee evaluations • Coordinate and assign engineering projects, including system design and project engineering • Establish design standards, specifications, and criteria • Manage construction administration (field reports, RFIs, bulletins, addenda) • Prepare monthly project invoices and monitor accounts receivable • Oversee correspondence among staff, clients, contractors, and owners • Participate in firm‑wide Expert Teams committee • Contribute to budgeting, scheduling, and staff management • Prepare proposals and administer project contracts and service agreements • Supervise preparation of analysis reports on system options and building conditions • Assist Technical Manager and Chief Engineer with technical training and staff mentoring

What You Bring

Successful candidates must hold a current PE registration, have healthcare design experience, and possess a bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering. The role requires 12+ years in a consulting firm, 3 years of supervisory experience, hands‑on design and CAD/Revit skills, and a background in MEP engineering.
