• Diagnose and perform or delegate minor and routine maintenance. • Oversee and inspect work performed by maintenance staff. • Manage system for handling resident service requests. • Assist manager in coordinating and directing maintenance staff and scheduling. • Conduct regularly scheduled safety meetings. • Maintain accurate records of preventive maintenance requests and expenditures. • Coordinate or perform equipment maintenance.

What You Bring
We are looking for an experienced Maintenance Supervisor to oversee all aspects of maintenance and repair at our beautiful property, Core Apartments, in Anaheim, CA. The successful candidate will lead the maintenance staff, ensure timely repairs, and uphold safety standards throughout the property. • Minimum 2 years experience as a Maintenance Supervisor (preferred). • Maintenance experience with at least 150 units. • Experience in all trades. • Team player with superior customer service attitude. • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
